حذف الحساب

عبر البريد

لحذف حسابك وبياناتك، أرسل رسالة من بريدك إلى info@itsrethink.com مع رقم الجوال المسجّل. نحذف الحساب خلال ثلاثين يومًا ونؤكد لك ذلك بالرد.

من داخل التطبيق

افتح تطبيق Rethink Wealth وسجل الدخول.
في الصفحة الرئيسية اضغط "الإعدادات"، ثم "حذف الحساب".
اضغط العنوان البريدي. يفتح تطبيق البريد برسالة جاهزة فيها رقمك المسجّل، أرسلها.

ما الذي يُحذف

يُحذف رقم جوالك واسمك والأسهم التي تتابعها ورمز الإشعارات من Firebase ومن سجلاتنا. يُفصل سجل بحثك عن هويتك ويبقى عددًا مجهول المصدر فقط.

Delete your account

By email

To delete your account and data, email info@itsrethink.com from your own address with your registered phone number. We delete the account within thirty days and confirm by reply.

Inside the app

Open Rethink Wealth and sign in.
On the home screen tap "Settings", then "Delete account".
Tap the email address. Your mail app opens with the request and your registered number filled in; send it.

What is deleted

Your phone number, name, followed stocks and notification token are removed from Firebase and from our records. Your lookup history is detached from your identity and survives only as an anonymous count.
